Sports Applications

coMra Palm and coMra δelta

Is sports part of your life? If yes, then coMra–Therapy can help you boost your performance and get you back into action in almost half the time in case of injury!

I have been exercising for years in ground-based environment and I started swimming in October of 2012. Being in the water is completely different than exercising in a ground-based environment, so I found it to be a truly physically challenging and demanding sport. It is incredibly exhausting, mainly because of its continuous nature, which does not leave much time for recovery.

In swimming, one loses the feel of the water after just a few days, so no breaks between training. During training, the lower and upper body are constantly active in producing motion, and the core also functions to stabilize the trunk to transfer force throughout the process, there’s not a second of rest!

Personally, I believe that there is no other sport in the world that has as much repetive motion as swimming. I cannot take a stroke or a kick without having to continually move every muscle in my body without oxygen.

Swimming is a sport that requires the athlete to develop total fitness -cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and power.

coMraTherapy enabled me to keep up with the requirements of the sport and the demands of my personal trainer, who demanded – and still is demanding – of me to not only reach my limits, but also to exceed them in each training session. coMraTherapy not only helped me develop fitness and build the endurance part of the swimmer, but also helped me heal injuries extremely fast.
“Panagiota is an athlete who has self-discipline, awareness, and consistency. The way she follows through, the effort she puts in, her performance and endurance, make her always able to meet our targets. Training Panagiota is for me a unique experience and a pleasant surprise”.
